What is the procedure for delivery?

Your products are carefully reviewed after our system has processed your order to make sure they are in flawless condition.

They are packaged and given to our reliable delivery partner after passing the final round of quality inspection.

The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. They will call you to rectify the problem if they are unable to do so at the time or at the address you have supplied.

What sort of packaging is used?

Our packaging is made with sustainability in mind, and we take safety of the orders being sent out very seriously. Our cardboard outer box is manufactured from only recycled paper and is environmentally friendly. Wherever possible, we substitute paper-fillers for bubble wrap; this is part of our ongoing effort to improve. Given the nature of our category, we are dedicated to further significantly decreasing the amount of plastic in our packaging and are always developing innovative alternatives.

What geographical areas does Purewest ship its products to?

Currently, PUREWEST does not offer international shipping.

My purchase has been delivered. How can I find it now?

You will receive a confirmation message on both your registered phone number and email after placing your transaction. You can then use the ‘Track’ option on the ‘My Orders’ area to view the status of your box as we prepare and send your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation. You can decide whether to receive WhatsApp notifications for orders.

What is the anticipated time of delivery?

Most items are typically shipped out in 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays).

Although we keep 95% of our catalog in stock, there are some products that we must purchase straight from the company in order to keep our pledge to deliver new, non-expired products.

Despite our best efforts to prevent it, certain products may cause your order to be delayed.

Due to increasing volume, deliveries may be a little delayed if you order our products from a Mega Sale event. We aim to ship every purchase within five days of the order date.

Will my order be sent in several shipments? Why does this matter?

Not to worry! This circumstance is entirely typical. This only indicates that various components of your order might have been transported from various locations of our warehouses. Be assured that you will only be required to pay the shipping or COD fee on the first product you receive, if applicable.

Do I need to pay for shipping with this order?

For the majority of addresses, we charge regular delivery fees.

The current delivery costs are: New customers- Free delivery for orders above 299 for returning customers, delivery is free on purchases over 299.

We do not presently accept Cash on Delivery orders for amounts below 499 or greater than 50,000.

Is PUREWEST available outside of India?

PUREWEST does not yet provide international shipping.
