You don’t need the original delivery note to return an online order to us. Just sign in and register a return with us or call us on 8498099501 to get any assistance with your return.

Shop purchases

You do need the original receipt to return an item you bought in a shop. Don’t forget that if you’re a Purewest Beauty & Cosmetics member you will have a digital copy of your store receipts saved in your account area.
